I’m Ulrika. A creative leader focused on building brands, businesses and teams. As CCO at YARD NYC, I lead the agency’s creative vision, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and helping executive leadership translate business ambitions into brand and creative direction.
I’ve spent my career helping ambitious and iconic brands find their next chapter, from building new brands and platforms to leading large-scale transformations and integrated campaigns. My experience includes Bath & Body Works, Walmart, NFL, UNIQLO, adidas Originals, Crate & Barrel, Athleta, Wrangler and Jägermeister.
Before YARD, I worked at Droga5, Firstborn and Forsman & Bodenfors in Stockholm. My work has been recognized by all the major award shows, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix and Gold, a D&AD White Pencil, and recognition from The One Show, British Arrows, Eurobest and others.
In 2015, I co-founded Herb Essentials, one of the first premium cannabis-infused skincare brands on the market, taking it from idea through brand creation, funding and launch. The brand was featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, W Magazine, Elle, Self Service and Forbes, among others.
